The largest, special payout in the game is awarded for the Match Play 21. The Match Play 21 is a hand of three suited 7's that qualifies as Match Play 21 when the dealer's face-up card is also a 7. Other special payouts are awarded for five-card 21, any 6-7-8, any 7-7-7, six-card 21, suited 7-7-7, 6-7-8 spades, 7-7-7 spades, and 21's created with seven or more cards. You can split your hand in some situations, surrender at any time, and relax knowing that a player 21 always wins.
